SHIPPING INFORMATION

How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive within 1-3 weeks from the date of purchase. 
We source our products from trusted suppliers and ship directly 
to your door. You'll receive a tracking number via email once 
your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders over $35 ship free. Orders under $35 have a 
flat shipping rate applied at checkout.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive an email with your 
tracking number. You can track your order anytime at:

Why does my tracking show no movement?
Tracking can take 2-3 business days to update after your order 
ships. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days 
please contact us at help@ohthatsclevershop.com

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
We can only change your shipping address within 24 hours of 
placing your order. Contact us immediately at 
help@ohthatsclevershop.com if you need to make a change.
