Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

What can be returned? To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

What cannot be returned?

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

How do I start a return? Email us at help@ohthatsclevershop.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Who pays for return shipping? The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking. We do not charge a restocking fee.

When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or wrong items? If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at help@ohthatsclevershop.comwithin 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
