How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 1-3 weeks. You'll receive a tracking
number by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $35 ship free. A flat shipping rate applies
to orders under $35.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We can make changes within 24 hours of purchase. Email us
immediately at help@ohthatsclevershop.com if you need to

Where do your products come from?
We source every product from trusted suppliers and test them
against our Clever standard — if it doesn't solve a real problem
it doesn't make the cut.

Are your products safe to use?
Yes. Every product in our catalog has been reviewed for quality
and safety. If you ever have a concern about a specific product
please contact us.

Do you restock sold out items?
We do our best to keep popular items in stock. If something
is sold out check back soon or follow us on TikTok and
Instagram @oh_thats_clever_shop for restock announcements.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be
unused and in original packaging. Customer is responsible
for return shipping costs.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us at help@ohthatsclevershop.com within 7 days of
delivery with a photo of the damaged item. We'll make it
right at no cost to you.

How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and approved refunds are
processed within 5-7 business days to your original
payment method.
